The Design Game
The designer comes next. There are many books on home design in the market or you could even hire an architect or a home designer to design a home for you. Get cost estimates from all the contractors needed to have a complete home. Make sure that you get several quotes from each contractor and chose a reputable company to ensure lesser problems later.
Compare all the quotes to determine the materials and work, and of course the quality of the materials. Get all the materials beforehand and be sure of what you want where. Have the material list checked by someone who has sufficient knowledge about it.
Foundation and construction
Always chalk out a structure of what work will be done next. Apart from the building foundation, sewerage etc, decide on the flooring, frames of doors and windows.
